Yes, a huge driving pet-peeve. A close second would be the people who are too clueless to move over to the left lane at a two-lane intersection if they are
not turning right. Seriously, if you are not turning right (and you are going to be first at the light), move over!
This happens to me daily. Just last night I was coming home at about 10pm. Nobody on the roads. I approach a 4-way intersection (2 lanes each way) and am in the right lane wanting to turn right. There are literally only 2 cars at the entire intersection. Me, and the guy in front of me, in the right lane, NOT turning right. I even put my blinker on way in advance, so he could see it before coming to a stop. WTF?
