Any time you need to convert any unit of measurement, type your conversion into google. You'll likely get at least 10 web pages where you punch in your number and click a button if google just doesn't do it for you.
Probably also not bad to remember that there's 2.54 cm per inch and 2.2 pounds per kilogram.
