Was in Nanjing for awhile this spring. Great food but I missed the dog. We had duck and chicken feet a few times - I thought they were pretty lacking. Could have at least had some sauce. Strange seafood in Liangyungang, though.
Not strange, but OMG the things they could do with pork. Southern US has nothing on that...
