Take photos of it right now and save the tooth. IMHO not a court in the country that would not side with you after this.

Already planned on that, he belongs to one of the same Clubs that I belong too, and doesn't life that far from me.I'm thinking about going to brunch there tomorrow, as that is where I generally see him, and when he ask how am I doing, ect.. I kept the tooth both pieces, have it wrapped up. I know that he will do the right thing, it is just getting to him..
