Hacking is a federal crime my friend. Wait until you get your Ebay or bank account hacked and cleaned out then let us know how fast you call the police or FBI. What they are doing with his FB page is a good question but can guarantee you its not good.
The FBI almost always get into the mix as the person doing the hacking is almost never in the same town or state, and that makes it an interstate crime, thus a federal issue.
Also, Mike have you asked your son if he used the same password on his FB account that he uses for everything else? If yes then its time to change everything to a new password. Usually they do and once the criminal knows one PW, then go after other things.
