As you seem to be in the profession, what are your feelings about the lack of response from the front desk staff to Byron?
Shouldnt he have been able to at least get into the dentist pretty quick? My Dentist always has gotten me in when I had something like this and at least put a temp fix on to get me taken care of until they had a full slot open. One time they did this and had me come back at 5 pm and spent another hour fixing the tooth correctly.
