I suppose best for the $$. This doesn't have to be museum quality, but it does have to be up to snuff for a fairly new car with no other real body blemishes.

I just took a look at the bumper. Mainly it looks like scuffs all the way through the paint, but I'm sure the underlying EPS layer must be compromised, too. Funny part is that you can tell it was a red VW, due to the leftover paint, as well as the large circular imprint right in the center, with the bottom half of the "W" clearly visible as an imprint. There are also 7 blue smeary digits visible from the license plate of the other gal. Maybe not completely legible to my eye, but enough so that I'm sure the lads down at CSI could recreate the plate number without any difficulty.
