Original Guards Red paint is red, not orange, one of the best I've seen. Black interior is super clean except for two seam splits on the passenger side seat. Overall looks to be a very nice driver.

So, me thinks that this car is worth $8500 or so. Your thoughts?

if it came with a good human kidney ready for transplant, it might be worth $8500.

Seriously, this car sounds like a $5K - $6K car (I do a regular search every 2 days on the entire Eastern seaboard for any Porsche under $8K) and these are readily available.

But more importantly, 944s are constant depreciators and will never appreciate. The moment you give some $8500 and drive away, it's worth $8K max.

I'm looking at an 85 Targa on Wednesday for $8500. Excellent paint and interior, many upgrades. May need a top end.
