The most common set up is front about .5 inch higher than the rear, based on fender measurements. This should show as only a slight rake as the front fenders are shaped differently than the rear.

Based on your numbers, you would want to take the front down to 26.
.5 shouldn't upset your balance if you turn the adjustment bolts equal amounts.
