Lets see... one car has an extra disk of steel wrapped in a thick rubber bumper, physically mounted to the frame. .....hmmm.
Ya know what? I don't even have to break-out my mech egr degree . ..just a dash of logic.
Certainly people are familiar with just how incredibly tough a wheel and tire are. Pot holes and alll.
