Ha, that's not even close to the stupidity I'm capable of. See how smart you feel after you've dropped your engine and transaxle (twice), only to find the problem was only that the clutch cable needed adjusting.
Or a friend who while in the midst of a Carrera chain tensioner install suddenly decided to adjust his valves, losing his chain timing!
Glad you didn't get hurt.
