My niece's husband (marine sniper) recently deployed to Afhganistan. She loves the CA weather but since she hasn't the proverbial snowballs chance of getting a job as a teacher in CA. Dallas -> Oceanside $700

Oceanside -> Dallas $1200
Dallas -> Oceanside $600
Appears a lot more people are moving from California than to California..
I told her the same thing I told my daughter when she moved from Dana Point to Houston: just remember that you are moving from weather heaven to weather hell...
