What? It's simple. Let me explain.
He boards a horse at a neighbor's place. A friend of his daughter boards a horse there, also. He bought $230 worth of hay for his horse, even though horses don't need hay. Some guy went to jail. Some horse ate some hay that wasn't his/hers (I think). He doesn't want money, he just wants to... umm. Wait. It's easier to feed horses in a group than separately. Now he's the bad guy because....
