[HHI944]

Yesterday morning I dropped off 4 Nat Nast shirts that I planned on packing for a trip that starts tomorrow. When I went to pick them up, the fun started. The top one in the bag had a silver dollar sized oily stain on it (I hadn't actually worn that one yet, I just wanted it pressed and folded for carry-on convenience) and another was missing altogethor, in it's place a 'George' brand from Wal-Mart. I maintained a little bit of composure, despite being near-rabid and pointed out the various problems. The clerk said the mixed up shirt was probably still at the warehouse and they could have it in the AM. OK, no problem, so long as it's not been picked up by some fool who had a Wal-Mart shirt dry cleaned. Then she says that they can give me a $20 credit for the stain!?!?!? So, wait, you ruin a $150 shirt and offer me $20 and think I'm gonna be OK????????
