Windows Mobile 6.5. Windows 7 is at least 12-18 months away.
We end up doing a lot of Windows Mobility as part of our Exchange consulting practice. Strongly consider an iPhone if you need to move now. Anything Palm isn't even on our radar. Lots of HTC phones are out there. Find one with the features that best fit your needs.
