Fort Pulaski is on the way to Tybee Island...Great Civil War history.
Wormsloe(sp??) Plantation is another beautiful place to visit.
Spend time downtown and around Market street. Great seafood restaurants all over the city...If it is still open, the North Beach Grill on Tybee Island is a wonderful place to eat right on the beach.
