Can't think of any P-places, besides Leith on Capitol Blvd, but you should defenitely check out downtown Chapel Hill (30min drive from Raleigh, I40 West).
The campus area on Hillsborough St. in Raleigh is also a nice place to hang out in - lot's of cool bars.
For the best seafood you should try 42nd St Oyster Bar in downtown Raleigh - if it's still there
- haven't been to Raleigh in a few years; I used to live in Cary just outside of Raleigh, before relocating back to Sweden.
