Yeah, when I open the fuel rail and let the pump run I do have lots of fuel spraying out. I don't have a pressure tester so I'm just eyeing it. I deffinately have spark on all clynders tested by moving my timing light trigger to each wire. I can hear the pump run (it's really noisy but has been that way for months) so I was headed in other directions. The relay that is labeled XVI on my panel does not have two output leads only four pins. Power, ground, trigger, output. Is there a good pic of my panel with labels somewhere so I can make sure I'm on the correct relay? Either way... My thinking is that if I have spark and the injectors are clicking (tested with a stethascope while turning over then removing the wire while listening and the click goes away) then all systems are go. I must be just below the 30-40lbs that it takes to push fuel through the injectors?

P.S. I just ordered a fuel filter. It will be here in the morning. Where is that located?
