hahahha. that is what i thought it was, when i was at the end of a 30 mile dirtroad. 4:00 am, too much coffee, road was rough and churned my insides. my huntpack was in my friend's van, and HE WAS LATE! well, i tore thru my wife's subie forester (decent offroader btw) and found a chamois colored cloth in a plastic bag...i was hoping to be the first human to wipe the unholiest of holies with a SHAM-WOW, but nope it was only a lowly lintfree cloth. quick job in the bushes right before a truck with a bunch of kids pulled up. the truck was laden down with fertilizer, plant food, fabric planting pots...hmmmm. they said they were "camping"...er okay, this was Humboldt county.

van showed up, i stalked 3 pigs to within 40 yards, right up to the No Trespassing sign...opps we were on the wrong fenceline. i backed out quietly, went to our legit area, and saw nothing...great time! zero sleep since the previous night. one beer, and now off to my nap. love my furlough days.
