My uncle decided this would be a good idea this past December. His doctor was on his case about his weight, being he is an alcoholic and all and had a huge gut. So he decided to stop eating food and get rid of those empty calories and only drink his Vodka.
It took him about 3 weeks to land himself in the hospital. I forget the mane of the disease he had but he basically gave himself brain damage, he had to learn how to walk, eat, go to the bathroom... pretty much everything all over again. 6 months later he is still not 100%.
I know you were only joking but to be honest, it was no coincidence that I stopped drinking when this was going on.
I drink here and there now, but for the most part I try to stay away from it it is reserved for the weekend only and in extreme moderation. It took a lot of work to get this 25 lbs off and I will be damned if I am going to gain it back.
