MY office is exactly 2 miles from my house. Every afternoon I run home (by foot) then ride my bike back and get my truck. I also lift weights 30 minutes a day.
I am genetically doomed to have a beer belly, look at my old man and my brothers, yet I am maintaining 9% body fat at 43 years old.
I got as low as 7% but that is hard to maintain at my age.
I too could eat and drink what I wanted in my early 20's and it never stuck.
All that said I had a couple of drafts and wings Friday evening because it was Friday and I wanted some.
