Many moons ago (prior to internet) I visited Sproat Lake on Vancouver Island. I was so impressed by the two waterbombers that I wanted to return ever since.
Two weeks ago we were again sitting by the lake, kids playing in the water, mam and dad reading a book.
No sign of the plane until it suddenly came roaring a few 100 yards to our right. I was excited that I nearly wetted myself (for the record I am no aerosexual ). Barely managed to grab my camera and shoot the below (soso) pics.
