For those who don't look at the link, this fully developed race ready system is a step header from 304 stainless supplied with a merge collector and integrated megaphone. They are available today and come for race applications with tuned diverging converging megaphones. A muffler system will be available in a couple of weeks for those who need to be quiet. Streetable versions are on the way. They are designed to be removed and installed quickly with a 1/4 inch drive flex socket and 9 inch extension. The slip fitting design removes the need to balance 3 gaskets on the top of the header while you install. We can remove and install a complete system in about 20 minutes. They fully clear the valve covers and oil lines.
The entire system was designed with computer aided design techniques. Design tolerances are truly equal length. Manufacturing goal is + or - 1/8. It is manufactured using a very unusual fixture that completely encircles the final step section in two places with only a few thousands clearance while the tubes flanges are bolted to a 1 in steel plate. You can't get them in the fixture if they are not correct.
The system is fully developed and tested. The system has been dyno proven by running it against the most popular system on the same dyno and same car within minutes on the same day. Every configuration during development has been tested this way to make sure it is the best it can be. It produces significantly better torque and horsepower than the most popular race systems available today. It has been race tested since last August and is a proven winner with a bunch of first place E class PCA wins already (15 to 30 cars in the class). At one race in late May there were six systems on track in the same race. They may be arriving at your competitions door next week.
