Excellent utility. Windows programs are notorious for shotgunning files all over the place, modifying registry settings, etc. Also, uninstall programs are notoriously poorly written and often don't eliminate the "crap" that's all over the place (hence the name "C-Cleaner" incidentally, I've been told that the first "C" stands for "crap").
Anyway I've used it with good results. The only thing you have to watch is eliminating shared .dll and other files, although my way of dealing with them is to say "just delete everything" and if an application that remains doesn't work properly after that, I reinstall it.
+1 to the Mac idea. My next machine undoubtedly will be.
