Ha! No doubt. This weekend was unwind-time at the beach for me. Sorry yours was not so smooth.
I was cooking too. Threw this together Sunday night. Fresh grouper. Portobella reduction w/shrimp, shallots, garlic, some chardonnay. Garnished with chopped home-grown basil. Green beans out of my folks' garden, and whole wheat pasta salad with home-grown cilantro and jalapeno.
