Back when I was married to what turned out to be an evil woman I had to liquidate almost everything I had to save the house my Great-Grandfather built which I was buying.
I went through the guns first - had some really nice ones, too. The only one I miss out of the several thousands of dollars worth is the German Walther PP. I wish I'd held that one back.
And then there was about 20k-worth of camera and photography equipment. Needless to say if my employer hadn't went to providing company equipment I would have been up a creek. Some of the cameras were really collectible and I at times miss them.
OK. So a buying a 911 isn't like trying to save a house - which I did and have Never been late on a mortgage payment - knock wood - but my point is that even though we sometimes have to get rid of some of the things we love in the end what we get out of it will mean more to us.
Good luck!
