Whenever I have to survey homes in the ghetto we do them at 7 in the morning.
6 a.m. is not bad in the hood. Wait until all the trouble makers wake up around noonish and start wandering outside. Or try at 8 at night (which I would never dare try) when its getting dark out and everyone is lit.
To be honest though, I have more problems surveying out in the country than I do in the hood.
Power tripping land owners with shotguns are far worse than gang bangers.
