I've been lucky so far. Never got caught in a flashover, but have been caught in a few nasty rollovers. Most common place for a rollover is a long hallway.

Ya we have a lot of center hallway pre 1930's in my first in area and if it runs the hallway you can get into trouble. My dept is really big on truck work and vertical ventilation so I haven't been in too many really bad situations...yet.
