Our pootch is really loving to everyone sans black folk. She is cool with dark Indians and dark Mexicans. We have only had her for a year - she is a rescue dog so I don't know her history. I am not sure she is even a pure Rat Terrier. She is most likely a mix so poor breeding may not be why. By all accounts she is a great dog with this one exception.
