You guys are of course right, and I did spray them instead. I came to my senses when I got to the garage. Although the thought of getting them crispy was very attractive.
Not a very big nest. They were wasps alright-tough little buggers. Now if I can just get it to stop stalling at stoplights.
PWD72s - I know what you mean about yellow jackets. I stepped in a nest a few years back and got stung a few dozen times - about two miles into the woods on a hike in Virginia. They chased me and my buddy forever. They don't quit. That's the day I developed my deep hate for the flying stinging things.
