OP I had a dalmation with the same issue. Give him heck and he'll stop doing it. What was funny about my "racist" dog was the fact that all of the other dogs at the leash free dog park would chase him because he looked different with all of his "spots". It was funny watching 20 dogs run after him. He was a good dog and I sure miss him.
