Take the caliper off the car, clean it up real good, and use a little grease where the caliper slides back and forth on the bracket. Don't get too crazy with grease, you don't want it on your brakes. It may be getting dirty and maybe a little rusty in there. If that does not work then rebuild or replace the caliper.
