i was at a bbq this weekend and they had A/C
this was the first private home in seattle that i have ever been to in 31yrs that had A/C
we dont need it up here 99.9% of the year.
good thing the guys from texas are chiming in...
get the insulation taken care of will help in winter too. be easier to get a utility rebate for that up in PacNorWet.
