Hi guys,

I'm trying to find a second home, a singel family house, in SE Florida. I have narrowed it down to Pompano Beach, preferably zip codes 33060 (Cypress Harbor, Cypress Isles) or 33062 (Pompano Isles). But, it is almost impossible to find out which homes that are for sale!

During my last visit I drove around there, and I think at least 10 houses on each street are for sale. My problem is that I can't find them on the internet! I can find at the most 25 listings all over these zip codes, and I think there are at least 100 houses for sale there. I can find a few on Craigs list, a few on Keyes Realtors web site, some on the Miami Herald web site, but there's a lot of them I can't find at all. I've tried Realtor.com, but it is completely useless with all the broken links and crazy scripts. I've tried forsalebyowner.com and owner.com, but these listings seems to be old and there are only a few.

So, any ideas where to find them? Is there some web site combining all the listings? Or do I need to ask my realtor to get access to MLS? Can she really get them all?

Any ideas from anyone living in the area where to buy and where not to? I'm interested in all information possible.
