Hmm, I heard of a breeze here about a 150 years ago....
Of course, the risk of a hurricane is what you are paying for. One of my friends living in Pompano had just minor damages after Wilma, which still costed $8k to repair. And she was one of the lucky ones! They didn't have electricity for 10 days, which made the damages even harder to fix.
