I've got that.
Android OS, huge open source software market, touchscreen and full keyboard, gvoice, gtalk, google maps, google, google, google. You can get the phone unlocked and it will run on T-Mobile or ATT. There is a way to get it to work via wifi without a sim, I think. I've got root access to the Android OS on mine which gives me extra capabilities over the non-rooted versions.
There are even Netbooks that are coming out with Android installed, I believe.
