In the chunnel,you sit in your own car, in a train, watching nothing
sure it's a lot faster, but you don't see anything.

Dunkirk Dover by ferry takes about 2 hours + 1 for loading, but once on the boat, you can walk around, have a bite to eat ( just don't expect to much cuisine), see the white cliffs of Dover, talk like a pirate and meet hot women... (not really)...

Just felt like more of a holiday to take the Ferry, it's a bit cheaper too
