Living so close to the place I'm sure I'm breaking some law since I don't own the cookbook, so thanks for pposting their recipe, Stephanie.
I guess growing up with a grandmother who was a killer cook spoiled me, so I just cook like she did, hardly ever using a recipe. She may have reversed the cornmeal/flour ratio, though.
