I got hit with one of those years ago. I got a call on my pager from a number I didn't know, but I was supporting systems across the country, so I called back. Some guy answered, had an accent I couldn't place, then he said "Hold on!" and set the phone down and walked away. It sounded like the phone was in a bar or something. I hung up, called my phone company, and got the charges reversed.
