I had lots of these since the early 70s. I have a 64 21 window deluxe right now. And you know these and the standards have been appreciating in value. If the van is indeed a CA rust free example and all the mechanicals are as described $5K would be good value. Even @ $6K and you "gotta have it" you will probably be able OK if you can throw the interior in yourself.
It does have the 'slash' rear bumper, which is getting difficult to find.
The correct middle seat will go for $500 to $1000+.
The noses are like the Ghias and prone to getting punched. The doors should all open and close w/o problems. The front door latches and hinges are prone to wearing out.
Be sure to check all the rust prone areas on a lift (dog legs, rockers, etc). These things can rust in some weird areas if exposed to salt air for lengthy time period.
If you can jack it up with the factory jack post w/o crunching, that's a good sign.
If the seller won't do that for or let it up on a lift I would say "thank you very much" and run.
My 29c from the Ohio rust belt.
