The dolly in Wayne's link has a ratcheting mechanism and rollers. You place it around the tire and then work the lever to lift the tire off the ground. To use the dollies in "zuerchers" photo you have to lift the car with a floor jack to get the dolly under the tire. Less convenient but a fraction of the price. One person can easily move a car if the floor is clean and smooth. On a tile floor it take more effort to stop the car from rolling than to get it started.
