I have a V1 and it's saved me twice so far, only had it 3 months.
I had a motorcycle behind me and picked him up just fine, he followed me forever with his gun on, 3 miles and then sped off.
I also think V1's can be sent back to the factory and updated for either nothing or for a small fee.
So far it's been cool. Sorry, I have no other detectors to compare it too.
