Prep-Sol might work depending how old the paint is... i.e. are they fairly fresh or well cured....
Might need to cut with some compound...

I pretty much agree with all of the above. Can't see clay touching this. I can't remove the smallest one with my fingernail. Think I've got some Prep-Sol out in the garage somewhere. I'll try that. I really hate the thought of wet sanding all of these spots... well, not so much the wet sanding as the polishing afterwards.
