I'm at a loss on this one. Client calls yesterday and reports that one workstation out of five cannot connect to the Internet, but can connect to the LAN server and can run the proprietary SW from the server. I was also remotely able to log into the server and from there, into the workstation that is having the issue. I was able to run some AV stuff and everything came back clean. DNS resolves correctly.

I tired plugging in the offending the computer into a spare port on the switch, but same problem. Another strange thing, is that I cannot log into the router from any computer using the local address. About to reset the router and see what happens.

Nothing to report in the logs on the computer regarding HW errors. Hijackthis does not show anything either....

In the mean time, anyone have any brilliant ideas?
