MGoldleaf, I've had this original condition vintage Recaro bucket for a couple of years. A slightly earlier version is being replicated now in So Cal - check out the classifieds at
www.early911sregistry.org for info. Corbeau makes a seat that is vintage looking and similar, but not the same design or materials.
It's very comfortable as long as you are not over about 5'11" and 180 lb. Access requires more dexterity than a sports seat, but it's not as bad as a race seat. I've driven in it from Seattle to Las Vegas and back - no problem.
