I am trying to convince him to do a simple will to save the fees/hassle of dying without one. Taking him out to a lawyer will not happen. Even having someone come in would be difficult. He is argumentative to say the least. Home Care med people should start descending here tomorrow.
I know a lawyer should be consulted & will be but for the purpose of a plain, simple will for a difficult, dying person, hassle-free is best . . .

Sorry to hear about your brother.
If he doesn't have any property, and you want to keep it simple, why does he need a will? If he wants to keep it simple, just put your name on all his bank accounts as a joint account. When he passes, you can simply withdraw the money.
