one other bit of info, if you take some time , you will notice that the colored connectors on the CE# panel can be put on in such a way as to unseat individual wire connectors that are plugged into the connector housings.
This happens because the connectors are slightly movable and with the tails of the wires in such a position the CE pins can slide down the release side of the connectors and bend the metal snaps that hold them in the colored parts.

If you find that there are wires that seemingly have been pulled out it would be wise to inspect the rear sides of all of the connectors to see if any other wires look like they might not be fully seated ( you can see a connector that slightly pushed out) .
To fix this it will require that you pull of the colored connector from the CE panel and then carefully remove any wire thats been pushed out , a thin screwdriver works here to move the snap tab.
Once you have removed the said connector then rebend the snap tab and insert it back into the connector in the correct position of course.
Then when you fit the colored connector to the CE panel try to bend all of the tails of the wires so that the tab side cant be fouled by the CE panel pins. Good Luck.
Check every connector, on the CE panel I am sure you will find a few that are damaged
