I'm an attorney and I do wills, among my other talents. Simple wills are just that: simple. Can be as simple as writing out on a sheet of paper what you own and who you want it to go to. I also spend a lot of time, and client's money, trying to fix simple wills that people do themselves and screw up.
In your brother's case I would try the will forms you can find either at one of the online places like legalzoom.com or at a local office supply form. The most important thing you need to determine is how many witnesses you need to verify your brother's signature on the will. It varies from state to state and obviously country to country. Call any local law office and they should be willing to tell you.
