Over consumption, not something done under the influence. If you get high and fall to your death, the ground killed you not the dope

There is no way to prove a statement like that. Even if we all assume pot is safer than water someone had died because of it. There has to be some drivers that fell asleep while driving because of pot. Someone has over-consumed and drowned in the bathtub. The has to be at least one person that was just so stoned they fell off of something and died.



It may not be deadly but people have died from it. I would bet there is some unlucky person that is allergic to it and died from it.
