I don't know the history of that particular one off hand, but most of those early Ferrari race cars have been wadded up, rusted out, left to rot and eventually rebuilt many times over the years.
That one is likely no exception. It's probably been rebuilt several times already. One more fix up on it won't affect its value at all.
